Office Manager - Full Time - Permanent

We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our existing friendly team based in Wombwell, Barnsley. The successful candidate will hold overall responsibility for the day to day administration of a busy office and showroom.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Managing a team of administrators
  • Dealing with customers
  • Implementing procedures and processes to ensure the office runs efficiently
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Stock Ordering
  • Working with other departments to ensure timescales are met
  • Overseeing the sales and installation teams
  • General Office Administration Duties

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills including knowledge of Microsoft Packages
  • Good Organisation skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good attention to detail

This is a full time permanent position working Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm. You will also be required to work 1 Saturday in every 3. The hours of work may be flexible for the right candidate.
